Live at Bett 2013

Bett 2013, the education conference for global educators, took place this past Thursday – Saturday in London, U.K., and the Microsoft UK Schools blog reported on-site on the latest innovations in technology for education and lifelong learning.

National STEM Video Game Challenge starts today!

The National STEM Video Game Challenge kicks off today. The challenge is for students to create an original video game using the platform of the student’s choice. Students can enter the competition by going to www.STEMchallenge.org. The competition runs from February 4, 2013 to April 14, 2013

The competition is part of “Educate to Innovate Campaign,” President Obama’s initiative to promote a renewed focus on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) education.
