Still no news about the beta scores? :)
I got a wierd announcment in my email tonight congradulating me on passing my "Windows Server 2008 Core" certification. I signed into the MCP site and the same thing shows on my transcript. Is this just a place holder that will be updated or is this a mistake?
If it is a mistake, the timing is really cruel. : )
I'm also missing the beta results..
The MCSA Windows Server 2008 Core has been given to those who hold MCITP:SA or MCITP:EA certification. We are all still waiting to hear about results of 71-243. For those interested, "MCSE:Private Cloud" can be obtained by passing exams 70-246 and 70-247. Exam 70-659 will substitute for 70-247 until its retirement.
So you are saying that those who have taken the test since it went "live" will get their results before the beta test takers? Wow.
I wrote to some folks at Microsoft Learning and they said that the beta results should be available soon. Maybe by the end of April.
Still no news about the beta results?
Not that I have a big hope of passing since I hardly prepared for it but I still want to know how I did.
Still no news. I'm on pins and needles waiting. I failed the SCCM 2007 exam, so passing this one would be a redemption for me. I studied hard, but there were just enough questions that I didn't feel good about to have me worried.
Now, we have 3rd of May and beta result is still missing..
I'm still waiting for the 71-243 beta exam results, too!
I've heard that the problem is that Prometric is having problems scoring the beta exams.
it seems a bit odd they can score the exams currently being taken though, if that is the issue. Surely they don't do it by hand for beta's??
They lost the results I bet. Peter is right. They score the exam instantly when you take it. It can't take Prometric weeks to score the beta exams. They lost them and are having problems restoring the lost data.
This sucks. "Thanks for helping craft an exam that the general public can take and get the results of immediatly. You on the other hand are out of luck."
How soon until we're told that we all have to take it over because the beta results were "invalidated" due to some made up excuse? This is so rediculous.
It is strange we don't have results yet. Is there anyone who got passed/failed status? If the results are gone then I wonder how they could change 70-243 status to live? I've though they need statistics of our answers to judge quality/difficulty of questions.
