Anything that comes out of an Italian, Japanese or Spanish kitchen will keep me smiling.

What is your secret obsession?
I have an unhealthy addiction to snowboarding. In the off season, I play snowboarding games on the Wii Fit Board. So basically, I board all year.

What do you crave?
Time off on a beach, days at the pool with my little family and nights on the slopes boarding. Simple desires, really.
