Hello, We wanted to let you know that we were not happy with the version of Figure 1-1, Scrum in a Nutshell, that we shipped in Professional Scrum Development with Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 (ISBN 9780735657984). The figure as shipped did not illustrate the Scrum process as clearly as it might.
