Have a read of the following learning plan - learning.microsoft.com/.../LearningPlanV2.aspx

PRO exams are usuallly theory based (hence the lack of available books) so it can be a little difficult to study for such exams. What I usually do is use the skills measured in the exam and then research the skills using MSDN/TechNet online. "Release Notes" and "What's New" sections of a technologies documentation provide some usefull information.

So, inorder to maintain our Microsoft Partner status, we have to have someone in our company take and pass this exam. The problem is that there is no study materials written for it. Has anyone taken/passed this exam and what did you do for study materials?

I used CBTNuggets to get my 2003 MCSA and to pass my 70-648 exam, and I am using them now to study for my 70-646. Depending on your subscription/purchas type, I think CBT nuggets has the added value of putting in a lot of real world info (especially trainer James Conrad) and the product's usefulness would go beyond just the Certification needs.

I know it's been awhile since your posting, but I just found the solution to this error.

You need to add https://nyc-dc1.contoso.com to the Intranet zone on NYC-CL1. The steps are:

1. On the Tools Menu in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options.

2. On the Security Tab, click Local Inranet, then Sites.

3. click Advanced.

4. In Add This Web Site To The Zone, type https://nyc-dc1.contoso.com, then click Add.

6. close and 2 times OK.

Now you should be good to go. I found this in the "ADFS 2.0 Federation with a WIF Application Step-By-Step Guide". You can download it here: www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

I dont think there is an upgrade path for MCITP:EDA. The exams required are 70-680:Windows 7 Configuring and the PRO exam 70-686.

Hello, this is my first post here.

I just updated my MCDST certification to the Windows 7 MCITP Enterprise Desktop Support Technician by passing exam 70-682.

In looking at continuing to update my credentials, would studying for the Enterprise Desktop Administrator and taking exam 70-686 make sense?

It's not clear to me if, having passed 70-682 for MCITP desktop support, if I need to pass one exam (70-686) in order to obain the administrator certification.

Thanks in advance for suggestions.
