I've got to scope a learning project and put together a training plan - any suggestions for good books to read up on this?
It's a large organisation and we're probably looking at about 500 people moving on to an EPPM (Enterprise Project and Programme Managment) solution - many with knowledge of project software, but new to the toolset.
Any lessons you've learned over the years doing these?
