How to make a suggestion for a book to be included in Books24x7

1. I 'd like to made a suggestion for a book to be included in Book24x7, but I don't know how to do it. I have been take a look on microsoft.com but not found a section for this. How to do this ?

2. Actually I want to suggest to be included "Troubleshooting Windows 7 Inside Out" by Mike Halsey in Books24x7.
