I am looking to purchase some online training for myself and coworkers and wanted to see what others recommend. I have looked into a Safari books online subscription, CBT Nuggets etc... and wanted to get some suggestions from the community on training materials. Thank you for your time and input!

I used CBTNuggets to get my 2003 MCSA and to pass my 70-648 exam, and I am using them now to study for my 70-646. Depending on your subscription/purchas type, I think CBT nuggets has the added value of putting in a lot of real world info (especially trainer James Conrad) and the product's usefulness would go beyond just the Certification needs.
