Welcome Rohan! Let me see if I can help and hopefully our community can chime in to help you as well.
Take a look here for more information about the different levels of certification:
www.microsoft.com/.../cert-overview.aspx
Basically we have our Technical Specialist (TS) and our IT Pro (ITP) levels, with the latter requiring more exams.
For Win 7 exams check out this page:
www.microsoft.com/.../cert-windowsclient.aspx
For Win Server exams:
www.microsoft.com/.../cert-windowsserver.aspx
As far as security, we have certifications in Forefront and ISA:
www.microsoft.com/.../view-by-technology.aspx
I think you'll need to figure out which TS or ITP certification you're looking to get and once you understand that, it's easy to determine what exams you'l need to get that certification.
If you want to talk to someone to guide you through this, you can ask people on this forum for help or you can also use the Live Chat functionality we have on our certification pages: www.microsoft.com/.../get_answers.aspx
These are live people who are ready to help you with your certification questions.
Hope that helps! Good luck and let us know if you have more questions.
Thanks Erwin for the help ... The links are good ..
windows server 2003 track:
70-680, 70-290,70-291,70-299,70-350,70-270 so you are MCSA /S (/S = security)
Upgrade from 2003 to 2008 track:
70-646,70-648 --> MCITP Server Administrator
Move on MCITP Enterprise Administrator: -> 70-643, 70-647
I hope this will be useful to you.
:)

there are different type of security certs that microsoft offers, some for ethical hacking and some come as a test in a cert path. there are other certs for different types of security devices that can be implemented into your network as well.
