Greetings from Austin!
I'm looking for some sort of orientation or training resource for new MCTs who specialize in the Office applications. This is my second year as an MCT and I can admit with certainty that I didn't leverage the majority of the MCT resources last year because I was overwhelmed. Here's one example...I'd love to use the virtual PC images but to be honest, I don't know how to set them up.
Any recommendations?
Are there any other Office Apps MCTs out there successfully navigating all the resources? I'd be interested in working together to build a webinar for Office-based MCTs if there isn't one already out there.
Many thanks!

I'd be interested in just a plain old orientation, like this is what you do from start to finish. I'm brand new to the MCT and haven't found a good line up of: Prepare a class, order student materials, set up class, teach, do after class things, etc.
Good luck!
Microsoft created an MCT video for new MCTs. Don't ask me where it is the site is new and everything has been rearranged.
Unfortunately, Office MCT's seem to be the red-headed step-children second-class citizens of the MCT program. It's very difficult to find good information, and I've experienced the same frustration as you - the resources and materials are scattered all over the place.
I am looking forward to the day when the Office MCT's get the same respect and quality/quantity of information as the rest of the MCT program.
I agree with Scott Concilla in all the thins he said...

Scott, I wanted to let you know that I respect you guys :)
I don't think Office MCT's should think of themselves as Red-Headed step children. I have been an MCT for 3 years and I experience the same frustrations.... I think from a Microsoft point of view, the information is out there. I just don't think they organize things the same way a trainer would, so we find it hard to navigate and locate the things that may very well be right at the tip of our fingertips. (I often get frustrated when it takes me 1/2hr to find something only to be pulled away)
