2 for 1 Exam Vouchers

I see that Microsoft has released 2 for 1 Exam Vouchers https://www.bsf01.com/creatives/prometric/Microsoft_TwoForOne/TwoForOne_Home.aspx

The T&C's state when a "full priced" exam is purchased. Does this mean MCT's can't use these vouchers in conjunction with their MCT discount?

I'm not sure about the MCT discount, but I can tell you that the Microsoft IT Academy exams do not qualify. I would not be surprised to learn the MCT exams don't qualify.
