As you already know, our students get a free voucher when they attend certain courses, such as 6292, 6430, etc. They get a voucher that clearly states that is valid till 31 December 2010. When one of my students tried to schedule an exam on the 1st of July, Prometric didn’t accepted the voucher, telling us that the voucher expires after the 30rd of June.
I'm expecting a fast response from Prometric (if there is a Prometric guy that follows these forums), because my students are already frustrated.

Did you call the customer support line from the company you purchased the vouchers through? If not, I would highly suggest you call them and ask. It might be that they were tied with the Second Shot offer which expired yesterday.
