HI I have recently passed Dynamics AX 2009 TRADE and LOGISTICS certification and planning to do HRM certification as well within 2 weeks. I have got business studies degree and an engineering degree but I am new to IT. My brother advised me to study for this certification because I was looking for a career change. Now when I went for job search to recruitment agencies around Manchester UK I found out that I cant even get the junior consultant job because I had got no IT experience . I found this certification very much related to what I have studied in my MBA but I am still unable to get any benefit from this certification. I will be very grateful if someone could guide me about how to get into the dynamics AX field as a fresher or whether I should do another certification in HRM or not . I am ready to work for any role at any salary in UK but I don't know where to go and from where to start. I have always read that there is a shortage of skill in this field if that's the case then why there are no junior roles in UK. Will wait for your replies Take care everyone.
