Microsoft Transcript

Hello,

Is there some way we can organize our transcript, or have it done for us? When viewing the transcript through the MCP site, it looks ok, but then when you download it, it sorts the Microsoft Certification Status by date recieved, which looks horrible.

Can we get it to look like the preview in the MCP site at all, or are we stuck with an ugly download/print job?

Hi Jeff - did a bit of poking around and unfortunately you can't really change the look of the transcript.  How would you want our certs to display?  I can circulate your suggestion around.

Well I'd like the downloaded copy to look like the copy online, where as all the certs are grouped by cert, not by date achieved. So all the MCTS's are together, all the MCITP's are together, etc.

On the downloaded copy, it sorts by date achieved, so it can go MCTS, MCITP, MCTS, MCTS, MCITP, etc.

Also, I wouldn't mind some sort of alphebetization of the actual certs themselves. So all the MCSE, MCSE:Exchange, MCSE:Security's are near each other. I just obtained a couple Security identifiers for my MCSA and MCSE and they stack above my MCITP.

It's a great transcript, it just needs a little cosmetic updating.

I think it should show the highest certification status on top:

MCITP Dynamics ... - Date

MCITP Ent. Admin - Date

MCITP Srv. Admin - Date

....

MCSA - Date

...

MCTS - alphabetically - Date

..

MCP

and so on.

is this possible?
