I don't understand how to post this business card
Is there someone explains me how to post this tiny, but hardy card here?
Very nice, Hello fellow MCP's.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR INCLUDING YOUR BUSINESS CARD:
Go to MCPVirtualBusinessCard.com and log into your account. Considering you have already created your card, select (SHARE) next to the card you created it should be listed on the homepage. Scroll down on the "Share your virtual Cards" page to Option #3. Select the "JavaScript Version" script and it should look similar to the following. <iframe frameborder="0" scrolling="no" width="392px" height="177px" src="https://www.mcpvirtualbusinesscard.com/VBCServer/mrwebdev/interactivecard"></iframe> Highlight and copy that line of code. Next come to this post, reply to these messages and in the text area below click "use rich formatting" in blue. Once that editor opens here, select the "HTML" so that you can insert code into this reply. Once you have pasted the script/code into the HTML, click the update on that pop up window and it will return you to the reply message with your card inside the body. Done :)

How do i get there?
I would like to change the display on my card but not sure if i am allowed to. I want to use the Microsoft Office logo as my avatar. Could someone please let me know if i can do this? I have embedded my new card on this post but will understand if it is taken off due to not being able to use the logo.

Here's mine ... Nice feature of being able to do a website and I do think the metrics are great to have too!
It would be kind of nice to be able to add in more than only one of your certifications on the front card though.
The HTML version is just fine but I found the Javascript one turned out a bit messy for me.
Here's mine - still figuring out how to use it though. This thing is huge.

Hello
Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, Web Development with .NET 4.0.
Here is mine..
It makes me a little embrassed to include NT 4.0. Makes me feel old.
oops , Let me try that again.
I love the concept but there is no way to make the interactive cards work with outlook or hotmail. I have to check windows live mail to see if it can understand the iframe html tag.
.
I'm new to the community.
Hello Everyone - I'm looking to get some feedback regarding the direction we will go with VBCs. Currently, people who have lengthy email addresses or web site urls have "....." in place of all of the letters due to the back-end algorithm.
My question is whether we should (a) allow unlimited characters which may cause the text on some cards to wrap to two lines, (b) show "Email Me" or "Visit My Website" instead of the actual characters, or (c) try to increase the size of the cards to allow for more characters - although this will still not solve the issue for everyone. The above card is a good example of what I'm speaking about - thanks daniel.c.brown!
Please keep in mind that although the text is replaced by the "...." - if you click on the link it will still take you to the appropriate re-direct. - thanks
I think that showing a message like "Email Me" or "Visit My Website" is appropriate if the text is too long.
If it's short (in a given interval) the address should appear directly. Some people have gone to great lenghts to have short address.
Thanks.
I'm looking for that too... A way to use the interactive cards in outlook, hotmail and gmail...
I think "Email Me" would work. It would be nice to have an option to do it, instead of setting rules to automatically do what fits.
