York is a great place, and great questions come from the UK! As for preparation, I use the beta products and become pretty familiar with it. For the exam, I read the product specification sheet - ie "what is new" and this helps in the exam.

As a Systems and Network Administrator you would not benefit from MCT unless you are looking for a career change as a trainer. And yes it is difficult as it test and validates the ability to teach Microsoft Certifications with yearly renewal

According Prometric site both 71-246 and 71-247 are passed (I took betas in April). For some reasons I do not see hard-earned MCSE in my transcript thoug Good luck to everybody. I felt 246 much harder since it incorporates a lot of technologies. -Alex

Looks like buying the MCSA (3 exams) or MCSE (2 exams) pack comes with a second shot offer that expires Dec 31st and buying a single exam has a second shot that expires May 31st. However, I can't seem to find a way to get the exam pack with the MCT 50% off discount. Some help would be appreciated...
