Today, we start bringing you our best technology comic book yet: Climbing Mt. PowerShell!
In this comic, Zach and Leah face a "mountain" of work at the data center. Our mascot, "Squishy" the stress ball, helps them manage it using PowerShell and the power of scripting. These first 11 pages will show you: the get-help command, important PowerShell concepts, and pipelines. You'll also see great cover art - and start a new adventure with Zach, Leah, and Squishy!
Remember: If you need to repeat it, you need to script it with Windows PowerShell. Check out the Script Center for more info!
Stay tuned! We'll be back next Wednesday with the next few pages.
And if you like these comics, please tell us!
I like the concept, but it would be nice if you could go from page to page without going back first. Interesting way to introduce Powershell.
Interesting start but having full text in 5 of 10 pages (not counting the title page) does not a comic make. Really, if you want to make it a comic (which I think is a very good concept!) break up the text and add more artwork to convey the concepts. As the artwork is now, it is merely decoration to the text, much like the "Dummies" books' artwork...
