WPC 2014 is right around the corner. Time to meet with our Learning Partners.

Have you ever been to WPC, or heard of it? The Worldwide Partner Conference, or WPC as we like to call it, is kind of a big deal for us here at Microsoft. Some of you may remember this event as “Fusion”, and before, “Stampede”, and at one point, we even called it WWPC, which still stood for the same thing, just with a superfluous letter. In any case, it’s my 13th WPC I’ve had the pleasure of working on, and I’m excited once again to be invited.

For us, this conference gives us a chance to join with over 14,000 partners from around the world to drive business growth together and identify new profitable opportunities. Our Learning Partners are essentially who you turn to for formal classroom or distance learning training on Microsoft Official Courseware, or MOC. Learning Partners can help you achieve your training goals - whether you want to learn a new Microsoft technology, prepare for your MCP, start a new career in IT, or improve your marketability.

Our team will present Breakout Sessions specifically for our Learning Partners, sharing our vision during a Keynote from GM, Alison Cunard and the new leader of Sales and Marketing, Carrie Francey. Learning Partners will learn how to align and differentiate their businesses as we unveil our product strategy for the year, and showcase new marketing and program opportunities for the channel to get ahead.

Interested in networking? We’ve got you covered. Join us in our Learning Partner Lounge, or come to our annual Learning Partner Reception on Monday night, July 14 at the Daughters of the American Revolution building. Stay tuned - information will be available shortly to reserve your spot.

If you work with a Learning Partner, as an employee or an MCT, you should definitely attend – consider this your invitation! REGISTER TODAY for WPC 2014 – we will see you all in Washington DC!
