I'm trying to schedule the test in Brazil by the way.
How in the world do I purchase exam pack for 2012 MCSE upgrade? I got a voucher and it says it only applies to exam 413 and 414. To purchase the pack you have to register for one test but there are no dates available other than september 2012. Nothing after that. So is this offer bogus or what is the deal here?
Second shot is valid since 27.august, but still not for us from Serbia. I wrote to Prometric and Microsoft but I still don't know the reason and if this is mistake it is not repaired. Please, if you know the reason, share with me, I want to take the exam but I don't know should I wait chance for second chance.

My test center said that they applied for buying vouchers for their exam-takers. It is for Serbia that way. I don't understand why we can't take free vouchers like everybody else, but, at least I now know the reason. So, if you are from Serbia, ask your test-center if they have bought voucher for you. Good luck!
Does the 2nd shot count for students (and academic pricing)? I see another thread for IT Academy exams.
@tangurena The second shot does work with student and academic pricing. The site shows which exams qualify (MCSA on Server 2008, 2012, and SQL 2012. bsf01.com/.../MCSA_WinServer_SQLServer.aspx If you click on the Terms and Conditions link, www.prometric.com/.../Second-Shot-Terms-and-Conditions.aspx they have a section describing the terms for the 72- and 73- exams. They do have a section for MPN terms as well, with a specific mention that government employees are not eligible for second shot.
