Some of the brightest minds in the world work at Microsoft—and you could be one of them.     Uh...compete against six other people for the opportunity to interview for a job?  Really?  If I've got the SQL skills (or AD skills, or Exchange skills, etc) to get a crack at a job at MSFT then I'm just going to submit my resume.  Why compete for a chance to do the same when you can just go to http://careers.microsoft.com ?
