Now that you've gotten to know the Career Factor crew (if you're at Tech·Ed North America this week, hopefully you've met them in person), we're excited to give you a chance to become part of the story!

Enter the DIY Career Factor contest! Beginning May 19 at 2pm PDT (check your local time), you can pick your prize, tell us why you should win, and start gathering support (and votes) from your network. There are three prize categories, and the most popular entry in each category on June 15, 2011 wins that prize.

• Conquer Microsoft Office: Do you have Office skills to match Caroline's? How to enter:

Beginning May 19 at 2pm, go to the Career Factor site, pick your prize, and tell us in a few words why you think you should win. Post your entry and share it with your network so they'll vote for you! Keep track of your progress on the leaderboard. Check out the official rules for full details when the contest begins.
