Microsoft Learning is happy to announce the launch of the first 5 Certification Drill apps to help you prepare for your Microsoft Certification Exam.
These apps allow you to test your knowledge and practice for their associated exams. You get 100 questions and two testing modes. In study mode, you can test yourself one question at a time and see explanations for both correct and incorrect responses. In quiz mode, you answer all questions in succession, then get your score. Incorrect responses will be flagged for further study. Drill questions are taken from the practice tests from the corresponding Self-Paced Training Kit from Microsoft Press, which features 200+ questions, along with the official Microsoft study guide, an exam discount, and more.
The first 5 apps available are:
The apps are currently available in the Windows Phone 7 Marketplace. Download them now to your WIndows Phone 7!
Definitely a reason why WIn Phone 7 will be my next phone. @paul__iddon
Pity only avail on Windows 7 phone.
I'm all for Microsoft on PC/laptop but I've got the competition for my phone ...yes an iPhone :-(
Dont suppose you'll release the apps for those. No? Yes silly question really :-(
Cool, another reason to promote windows applications :D
Can somebody link to one of these new apps please? I have tried searching for them within the markeplace and using Bing, to no avail.

hi,
Can I install this app in my windows 7 laptop? I have zune already setup, thanks a lot.
These would be great for my ZuneHD, since I have an Android phone. From what I understand the "Metro" interface from the ZuneHD was the basis for the WP7 interface, but the current generations of each are not compatible. :-( Given the paucity of applications available for the ZuneHD I'm glad that I got mine as a gift. The only time I used it anymore is to listen to podcasts while exercising or doing yard work. It's a pity, too, because it's a great device other than the total lack of things to use it for.
Please add the deep links to the marketplace.
Please have someone port these over to Apps for ZuneHD! this would be a wise move since its the best of both worlds!

I don't feel like buying a phone with Windows 7... what are the chances that any of these apps will be available for Windows 6.5 in the near future?
Nice to see these new apps. Its a pity that marketplace is not available in Sweden, so there are no way to buy them. :(
Will the study guide be available to down load to my desktop?
