  • Hi Krista,

Thanks for the update. How about MCPD: SharePoint Developer 2010 and MCITP: SharePoint Administrator 2010?

  • Thanks! The worse part is when we dont have a answer of what is happening. If is a MS problem, or my account problem. Now it is ok, is just wait.

  • Thanks. Much appreciated update. Without this, we'd just assume that there was a problem. Now I'll be patient...

  • Hey Now Krista,

    Nice Post!

    Thx 4 the info,

    Catto

  • Hi Krista,

Thanks for this.  We'll be advising our delegates accordingly.

  • Suits us just fine... vacation time here in Sweden and offices are opening around August 9th :)

  • The logo builder is also down. Do you have an estimated date for this also? Thanks

  • Hello xgls,

I hadn't heard that the logo builder was down, but I'll see what i can find out and post an answer here. We are working on putting a Service Announcements page on Microsoft.com/learning for this kind of stuff--at least then you (and I) will know where to check for news!

    Krista

  • No more business days until August 9. I dont have more hope that the certificates do not will delay

  • Krista.. No sign of the certificates as of today(Aug 9th) . Would you happen to have an update? . I think Microsoft should send out hard copies of the certificates to those affected as a goodwill gesture to make up for this fiasco !!

  • Hello xgls,

I've checked on the logo builder, and have not heard any other reports that it's down. If it's still not working for you, please contact your RSC. If anyone else isn't able to access logobuilder, please ping me at mslcd@microsoft.com and we'll look into it again.

@Tom: I'm checking now. which certificate are you looking for?

  • Hi Krista.. Just checked now and see the certificates available for download; however none of them are charter certificates. these are the one's that I am looking at

MCTS: .NET Framework 4, Data Access

MCTS: .NET Framework 4, Service Communication Applications

MCTS: .NET Framework 4, Windows Applications

  • @Tom: I've just received confirmation that the 11 certificates mentioned in the original post should have been available as of this morning. Ping me at mslcd@microsoft.com if there's a certificate you think you should be seeing but aren't.

    Thanks!

    Krista

  • I just checked further with the logo builder. It seems that it is just the new certifications that do not work. For example, if I  try to build a logo with Professional Developer with both SharePoint Developer 2010 and Windows Developer 4 it will come back with an incredible queue time such as  38160 seconds or 10 hours, but will the logo will not be there even after 24 hours.

  • @Krista, I have the same issue as Tom - all available certificates are not charter certificates.
