IT Grand Prix – Day 1 Recap

After two weeks of team-building and on-line challenges, the IT Grand Prix kicked off today in earnest, with our four teams competing to help non-profits in Washington, D.C.

How’d it go? Hear it from the teams themselves:

• Gold Team and Green Team partnered with Byte Back to help train homeless job-seekers at Back on My Feet
• Red Team and Blue Team helped KIPP DC, a network of college-prep charter schools in under-resourced areas, with their virtualization solution

The teams have already made their way from Washington DC to New York City, where they’ll face new challenges tomorrow… while we await the score results from Day One!
