Microsoft Learning’s localization team wants to improve the quality of the localized ILT courses, and we need your help to do it.

Please fill in this survey before February 28, 2010 and help us narrow down where to focus in order to make the improvements that will matter the most to you in the classroom.

We have launched a 3 tiered initiative with focus on quality. First step is the online survey for MCTs, potentially with follow-up LiveMeeting group discussions. Next step is to compare the feedback with the student and instructor data in Metrics-That-Matter (NSAT and comments) to understand the correlation. Third and final step is to provide recommendations for changes and improvements to be implemented in the localization plan for fiscal year 2011 and make the results available for the community.

Yes, you heard right; we will share the results with you and also communicate the improvement plans so that you know what to look for in future ILTs.

If you have any questions, concerns or comments – or if you would like to register already now to receive an invitation to participate in potential follow-up roundtable discussions, please e-mail msllocsu@microsoft.com.
