Calling all .NET Framework 4.0 experts! Update your SME profile now!

Have you been playing around with .NET Framework 4.0? Do you want to participate in the development of the next round of .NET Framework exams? Here’s your chance! We are looking for volunteers to participate in blueprinting for the following exams:

  • 70-515    TS: Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0, Web Applications Development
  • 70-516    TS: Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0, Accessing Data with ADO.NET

We’ll be using the MSL SME database to find participants for blueprinting as well as other phases of development for these exams. For your best chance of participating, create a SME profile by filling out the survey on the MSL SME site on Microsoft Connect. (See this post for more information.)

Please note that if you already filled out your SME profile, you’ll need to go back and update it. I changed the answer options for “Which technologies do you have work experience with?” to specify versions of the .NET Framework. We’ll be looking for folks who select .NET Framework 4.0 on this question to help develop these exams. If you filled out your SME profile awhile ago, your answer will show as “.NET Framework” without a specific version unless you go back and update your survey response.

  • Hi guys,

Thanks to Christopher and Adriano for pointing out that the SME Survey signup instructions were not working. It's fixed now so please go back and try again. The reason that it choked was actually a good one--I had set the limit on the code at 1,000 uses. And we've passed that up!! We have well over 1,000 profiles completed in the database now, and we're using it regularly to recruit folks for content development. I'll post something soon with more details about how we've used it to find experts for specific projects.
  • Nice Post I already digged this

    Have a nice day
