It’s hard to believe that a week ago, we were trekking across the Midwest en route to LA. The time flew by, and I really miss being on the bus. So, this is a great opportunity to relive one of our events (and catch up on some of our blogs about the tour).
On the evening of Day 5 (I have no idea what day that actually was, by the way—time took on a whole new meaning on the bus; every time we got off the bus, it felt like a new day) of our tour across the country, we stopped at LANTech Training’s “bring a friend” event. LANTech provides IT training at a beautiful campus in Indianapolis. The event began with Dana providing an overview of the value of certification and Microsoft’s certification program. Then, participants attended breakout sessions based on their areas of interest. The breakout sessions included trends in technology careers as well developer and ITPro learning and certification tracks. Of course, the evening ended with a rousing round of Are You Certifiable that was too close to call until the last question.
To learn more about LANTech, a video speaks a thousand words (I didn’t actually count the words, though…).
Two of our attendees, John and Rebecca, followed us from Cincinnati… literally. It was awesome to have groupies for a portion of our trip!
